iConsult / АйКанСалт

AI commerce for Central Asia's small retailers

A multi-tenant platform: every store gets a Telegram mini-app storefront, a bilingual (Kyrgyz/Russian) AI consultant, virtual try-on and AI-generated catalog content — by subscription (2,000–10,000 KGS ≈ $23–115 per month) a market-stall business can afford. Mission: AI access for the entrepreneurs of the Kyrgyz Republic — women-led businesses and regional towns first. Market: 488,000+ registered sole proprietors in Kyrgyzstan alone (National Statistical Committee); our target of 1,000 stores is ~0.2%.

Founder: Kenzhebek Takyrbashov, 61 — finance & banking graduate, four decades of trade in the region. Builds solo, pair-programming with AI; six AI agents run operations under his oversight. Bootstrapped — including the production GPU.

Why cloud GPU decides how far this goes: AI features run on two cards — a self-funded RTX 5090 in the founder's home and a rented cloud pod (RunPod, $0.72/hour). The worker that feeds them lives on the server, so whichever card is awake takes the job. The home machine is switched off in the evening and the pod runs only while it is paid for, so for part of every day try-on, posters, room staging and panorama are simply unavailable — the storefront refuses the job honestly instead of queueing it forever. Product video stays switched off platform-wide: on our own card a 10-second clip costs 6 minutes 49 seconds of compute. Everything is a containerized ComfyUI pipeline behind a job queue, which is why the same code runs in both places unchanged — what we lack is not portability but hours of GPU time.
